Nancy Pelosi, and all of the “Hoop-di-doo and Ado” over #Obamacare…

nancy_pelosiAs Dennis Miller famously said about Nancy, way back in 2007:

“She never shuts up…  And occasionally we have to hood her like a falcon so we can get some sleep”.

My favorite line:

“…We get a bill. We go to conference or we ping-pong it, and then you see what the final product is. However, I stand by what I said there. When people see what is in the bill, they will like it. And they will.

And so, while there’s a lot of hoop-di-doo and ado about what’s happening now — very appropriate. I’m not criticizing…”

Is it just me, or does it sound like she swallowed some sort of Random Word Generator? When I was a kid, I constructed Mad Libs which were infinitely more coherent than any 30-second snippet from that entire exchange.

I’m going back to sleep. Somebody hood her for me, would ya’?

  1. Reblogged this on Dead Citizen's Rights Society.

  2. OKAY! All you Democrats out there: KEEP repeating Ms. Pelosi’s words for the next 12 months! This IS your talking points memo:

    1. Obamacare is fine!
    2. If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan.
    3. NO ONE will lose their coverage.
    4. Obamacare will SAVE you money!
    5. The website just has a FEW glitches.
    6. It’s a “job CREATOR”!

Personally, JTR, I won’t be putting the hood over Nancy’s head until November 2014. Too much time for her inane ramblings to NOT be viewed and heard by the American public!

We just have to “suck it up” until then! Actually, I just put on “closed captioning” when she’s on TV and hit the “mute” button. Then, I put on my Huey Lewis and the News CD and, what can I say…..I become “happy to be stuck” with Nancy for a while!

(That was for YOU, too, Mr. Hatfield!)

  3. It sounds like you and I grew up around the same time…I’ve got Mad Lib stories to end all! 🙂 And that is the PERFECT comparison to the garbage coming from these people today. Great post!

    • Thanks, Wendee!
Used to LOVE Mad Libs as a kid…

Most of these folks have “handlers” who coach them on what to say, etc,.
And I have a mental image of Pelosi’s handler sitting just off camera, with her head in her hands, weeping, as she listened to this interview…

      😉

  4. Another blogger posted this interview. It’s classic Nancy.

When I tweeted it, a follower, ‏@labunna said, “@tannngl @NancyPelosi Those buggin’, lyin’ eyes! They seem to be detached from her person. Like a crazy clown-doll.”
    Ever notice those eyes?

I think she’s had her facial skin stretched too much. Thinking and speech function in the frontal lobe of the brain (at about the forehead). Just think how that’s been stretched.

    • Another Miller classic! He commented to O’Reilly that she made sure she got HER plastic surgery in before the new tax went into effect. O’Reilly asked him if he (Miller) was serious about suggesting that NP had plastic surgery done, to which Miller replied:

“Are you kidding, Bill? The skin on her forehead is stretched so tight that it should have ‘Braunschweiger’ stamped on it!”

    • Certainly a logical possibility, tannngl.
Of course, theorizing that her brain has been damaged by excessive plastic surgery assumes she was starting out with some basic mental acuity in the first place.

Personally, I’d have to see some evidence of that, before I went down that road.

  5. I wish we could put a hood over her head in anticipation of a firing squad.

  6. I still can’t figure out if the gobs of harlot cream help or hinder her disgusting face….man, she oozes evil from every pore of her body.

    • I’m actually torn, Slayer.
Can’t decide between Evil and Idiot.

I have a difficult time ascribing pure evil to someone so alarmingly stupid. But I may make an exception in her case…

      😉

  7. It’s the free Botox. Oh, I’m sorry. That’s your work of art that you paid for. I don’t even listen to them anymore. Their reasoning is no reasoning. She brings out the best in me if I don’t turn her off!
