Paying more $$$ for #Obamacare is an awesome new “choice”; it’s “Manna From Heaven”…

children-of-the-corn

As you may recall, we recently discussed the creepy Cultish qualities of the Obama fans/Leftists/True Believers. Well, consider this further evidence to buttress that observation, …as if we really needed any.

First up: Obamacare architect Zeke Emanuel:

Emanuel: “…The president never said you were going to have unlimited choice of any doctor in the country you want… But look, if you want to pay more for an insurance company that covers your doctor, you can do that. It’s a matter of choice. …

The issue isn’t the selective networks… People are going to have a choice of whether they want to pay a certain amount for a selective network, or pay more for a broader network. They get that choice…”

How’s THAT for circular reasoning?

You can keep your doctor, if you want to pay more for the privilege. Unlike what you were doing previously, I guess, when you were being denied the “choice” to pay more for coverage and access… which you already had.

And if you thought THAT took chutzpah for someone to say with a straight face, try this one from Ed Rendell:

Yes, “Manna From Heaven”: because Obama granted us his Gift of The Affordable Care Act. Obamacare.

Which, obviously, makes it just like MannaFrom Heaven.

I love it when Liberal Democrats (who normally freak out over any sort of religious comparison in politics) start making actual Biblical references to support/substantiate/validate their Leftist political ideology.

What, do they really think that Obamacare opponents will hear this claptrap, and suddenly say, Hey, I hadn’t thought of it that way, but this legislation DOES kinda remind me of how God took care of the Israelites in the desert….

Ummm, …NO.

Instead of making any more ludicrous statements, Emanuel and Rendell should both watch the following clip.

Although, its logic is so basic and common sense, it may be lost on minds which have been wholly given over to the Cult of Obama:

And when you follow up the “Manna from Heaven” line, with “Republicans better find another horse to ride”, it tells me JUST how DESPERATE they really are! Seriously, “Fast Eddie” Rendell is going to give advice to Republicans on how to stay OUT of trouble? That’s laughable on its face.

My translation of Rendell’s Comments: This thing (ACA) is going to continue to be a debacle, but we’re going to keep saying it’s getting better to try and scare off Republicans from keeping the National focus on it.

Hey Ed….DON’T ever play Texas Hold’em with me, dude. I’ll clean you out in about 15 seconds with “tells” like yours. I call your bluff, and raise you one midterm election.

  2. I loved the coffeecare video!

  3. I heard Emanuel on the radio today as he hemmed and hawed all over the place…..couldn’t give a decisive answer about Obama’s statement.

    • The man believes himself to be extremely intelligent, which is his downfall. No humility, and no thought that maybe just because they CAN take over the health care industry, that maybe actually DOING so wouldn’t be great idea.

Unfortunately, when Obamacare continues to fail, they won’t be the ones who are most harmed by their hubris.
THAT particular honor will fall to us

  4. Rendell is a trip. Governor of a state that doesn’t allow all payers by limiting the provisions of health care. What a hypocrite. And he thinks this is manna from heaven…FOR THE 31 MILLION WHO DIDN’T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE! hahahaha…… Most/many of them don’t WANT health insurance. Loved! CoffeeCare!!!!! Thanks JTR!

  5. I think you needed a zombie alert on that one. Whoever said anything about “unlimited choice” when all they wanted was to keep what they had?

  6. You could look at it this way, they tried every conceivable way to defend ObamaCare, so now they resort to making Biblical comparisons. But at least try to use a more honest broker for it….Rendell?
